Our stay was sweet as, heaps close to famous spots like the Gateway of India. But the entrance through a shoe shop was a bit dodgy!

Conveniently located in the heart of Colaba.

My stay was marred by persistent noise from staff. Cleaning and maintenance occurred late into the night. The check-in process was frustrating due to excessive questioning on my marital status.

the hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to the gateway of india and the staff were really nice and helpful. the room was clean with comfy beds and even had ac. plus, they safekept our luggage when we arrived early. i was really satisfied and will definitely book again for my future travels.

only downside was the entrance through the shoe shop which felt a bit sketchy. also, the room was kinda small.

the causeway is in a great spot, super close to the market and just a short walk to the gateway of india. room service was a highlight—always prompt and friendly! our deluxe room was clean, with perfect AC and hot water in the shower. highly recommend it for a lovely stay!
